So I have a 1000lb Lab....

At least he thinks he's a Lab! He loves people, seeks affection and comes when called...and never wants to be left out lol

"...but the dogs got to go in, what about me? MEEEE!..."

I rode Rylen from the Military Stables to my house ( approx 5km one way ) and parked him in my backyard It was his very first time to a suburban setting, kids on bikes, barking dogs in yards, cars, sewer grates....eveything was new and unknown. I let him graze and mentally relax for 2 hours while I hung out in the backyard and had dinner, then I tacked him up and took him back. He did great, can't wait to do it again!

What a cute boy! I have one like that, too. We have to literally shut the barn door in het face when we turn her out with the other horses because she wants to stay with us.

Impressive stair climbing skills, that one!

We also have one who's always wanting to come in;

In fact, before we plastered our walls, he was trying to eat the dining room! (Straw bale house...)

I would LOVE to have my horse at home! I have always wanted a house that had a mud room connected to a stall. Kinda like in King Of the Wind, but not as run down XD!

He's a character alright!

Sometimes I wrestle with my demons. Sometimes we just snuggle.

I must say, I am kind of disappointed after reading this thread. I was *really* hoping you taught him how to retrieve.... Shucks. Cute pic!
