I'm not one to tell people how or what to eat, and certainly don't look down at those that eat differently than I do. But, if one wants to avoid all the nasty CRP in the American food system, all one has to do is eat clean, whole foods. Foods that are raised and grown clean. Meats, fruits and veggies, dairy. Everything else that is processed will have some sort of chemical or other "unpleasant" additive.

The gelatin in Jello is the least of our worries...read what else is in that package.
