Yay! Hope all goes well and can't wait for the pictures. Your so lucky to have 155 acres. If I had that much I'd be making a barn, indoor and outdoor arenas, paddocks and a huge huge cross-country course complete with banks and ditches and water complexes. You lucky duck.
