I just got an email from the insurance company-guess they got my note with my rejection of their offer. Here is what they told me:

"Thank you for returning the completed form to us, and yes a bit silly but thank you 9/11 and the insurance claims denied of all those in the towers because acts of terrorism are excluded unless elected."

I have lots of insurance, but have NEVER been offered the "terrorism inclusion" before. Hmmmm.

Loved this, cracks me up big time. Does it cover you in case your horse actually commits an act of terroism? If so I would definately add it and the next time the little sucker does something wrong I would go ahead and claim! After all, the definition of terroism is "the use of fear and submission to govern or resist a government"

Pretty sure my horse is guilty of this from time to time.

All horses deserve, at least once in their lives, to be loved by a little girl.

Terrorism, nuclear war, etc is always excluded from home owner policies. Us old folks that lived through the Cold War of the 50s and 60s remember fallout shelters, civil defense drills in school (like fire drills, except you went to the basement, knelt down, and put your arms over your head), and folks building bomb shelters in their back yards. It's good for a laugh today, but there were a lot of folks seriously afraid (paranoid) that there was a communist around every corner. If you've never seen it, watch the comedy "Blast from the Past" with Brendan Fraser for some yucks.

On the sixth day, God created the Quarter Horse.
On the seventh day, he Painted the good ones.

That did make me laugh, whatever next eh :) I doubt the last thing anyone would be worried about in an act of terrorism is if their horse insurance covers it!
