Thrill: I was at my first show EVER. It was my horses first show ever as well. I was so nervous, in a class of people who have been in tons of shows. I wound up getting Grand Champion in the division I was in. I was so excited!
Spill: My horse was never good at jumping, but I still tried working with her. I was having a jumping lesson on her and began to trot, ahead of me was just a tiny crossrail, so I wasnt nervous. I was about a stride away when my horse stopped and took at HUGE bunny hop over the crossrail. It flung me out of the saddle and I did a flip over her neck. I wound up in front of her and she trotted over my arm, stepping on it in the process. I went to the hospital only having a hairline fracture because of the soft sanded footing we had. The doctor said if I was on anything harder, My armbone would have been snapped in half. Below are pictures of my arm, which I still have a huge scare from....
Thrill-I was in a small show last fall and in one class there was 15 pro senior riders. So I went in tryed my best and we got first!!! My smile could not be contained and best of all I had a coach who ditched me earlier that year and I beat him! One of the best classes ever!
Thrill(#2) I was in my third ever reining class EVER. My horse hadnt been neck reined on alot so it was a hard task but we got fourth out of nine. I was so proud of my baby.
Spill (#1)I was doing a test ride on Champ. He started to go faster,I screamed he ran faster then I flew off getting kicked in the side then rolling under the fence. I hurt really bad but I was so embarresed because the whole barn was watching.
(#2) We were loping aroundand Champ went one way and I didnt go with him. I landed on my knees! Blood was soaking my jeans and it was all over the sand.
