Veterinarian Post

Ok, so I wanna grow up to be a vet. I still have a long time ahead of me, BUT you vets always have such cool stories. Feel free to talk about anything, experiences, whatever. I just want to hear about it all!

A friend of mine asked his vet friend what his most interesting cases have been. He answered:
"I once neutered a male mouse, and once spayed a lioness."
I find that absolutely enthralling.
My boyfriend is in school to become a vet, he never ceases to amaze me with what he knows, it's quite nice actually.

Well, at my old middle school, once you reached 8th grade you left for a day with all the other 8th grade girls and learned about different jobs that women do. You chose which two you want to go to so I chose veterinarian and nurse. The vet was simply amazing! She had a thick accent so it was hard to understand but her stories were crazy! The one I remember the most, She was seven or eight ad she heard a weird noise from her attic, so up she went to investigate. She found a very malnourished kitten with its dead sibling attached to its side. I dont know how, but she went down to her mom's room got sissiors, a needle, and string and cut the dead kitten off, sewed up the living one, and helped him recover. She said he lived for seven years after that(he was an outdoor cat) I swear I was the only in the class listening so when they noticed me sitting there with my jaw dropped to the floor I think they all started listening. Too bad after that it wasn't stories, just facts...
