Very pretty. Nice rich colour. I think once you get his feet worked on he will stand more square for you. (Previous owner was a farrier? Wow. shameful.)

Thanks everyone :) He is a pretty boy, seems very calm. Definitely needs more groceries, he is skinnier in person than he appears on the pics. His hooves are also bad, imho. He has thrush on all 4 feet, and they need a proper trim. The lady who owned him previously is dating a farrier, who cares for all of her horses trimming and shoeing needs. Course they do live in Shelbyville, and work with mostly walking horses. So.....

I will try to get some pics of his feet tomorrow, and get some input. I will be talking to a different farrier this week, seeing when he can come out. This is one a local vet's office recommended, so hopefully he knows his stuff.
