APHA just approved 2 y/o longeline for 2014.

not talking about this year, just what they want to do in the future. The horse is a 2 year old, the daughter is 5, I think..

by the time the colt would be old enough to be ridden by the little girl, she'll be too old to ride in lead line classes.

I've never shown, so I didn't know what age groups do what. They know they want to show him, just not what in.

They can do showmanship, halter, or in hand trail classes until he's older, and ridden classes if an adult or seasoned teenager rides him ^_^
