What happens to boarders when the BO gets a 3 day eviction notice?!

Feel free to move this if its in the wrong spot.

Long story but basically my boarding facility has a 3 day eviction effective today if the amount of 9500 dollars isn't paid in full by then. It says its an eviction for all possessions. Does that mean us boarders? We knew NOTHING of this and to this day he is still reposting his ad on craigslist for boarding. But what legally happens to us? I know most boarders are paid through December and one is paid through July. I am moving my horses ASAP but I know it won't be so easy for everyone else, or if he'll even tell them! I was lucky enough to read the notice on the gate.

Yes, boarders would be included in that eviction. Best to let your fellow boarders know so that they can figure something out.
