Magice Christmas Munchy Mixture

2-4 cups feed(preferably course mix)
2 eggs
3 tablespoons molasses
1-1 1/2 cups hot water

Place feed in large bowl.In a seperate bowl beat eggs well add them to the feed and mix well.Dissolve the molasses in hot water and add a little at a time to the mixture until it is sticky and firm. Pour it in gradually,as you may not need it all.You should be able to mold and shape the feed mix.Add more liquid or more feed for the correct consistency. This is the base for the munchy chruncy christmas cake.

Munchy crunchy christmas cake

Magice christmas munchy mix
Parsnip or carrot, cut in finger-length pieves
Bread crumbs(make these by putting two slices of bread into a blender)
Life savers, papermint candy or seedless red grapes.
Parsley,celery leaves or carrot tops.

Fill a large bowl with magis christmas munchy mix and mix in sliced parsnip or carrot.Press this mixture into a cake pan you've greased and pack as tightly as you can.Cover the cake pan with a plater and flip over.Tap the pan with a spoon or gently lift the pan off the cake

To Garnish:Sprinkle bread crumbs.Decorate the top with life savers or peppermints. If your horse bolts his feed, top it with red seedless grapes.Add a carrot candle if you like and some parsley, celery leaves top around the base of cake.

enjoy!

Haha your excited about Equitana arnt you? Its going to cost a fortune to bring all the stuff you buy home!!

Oh and i dont like christmas because its too darn stressful! and someone "always" without fail ends up crying because a fight. God everyone is so dramatic, and pig headed! So its no fun! My auntie hates that i love horses because she did and her kids dont(she even paid them to ride), my grandad beleives that because i dont ride track work or jump grade 1 i shouldnt bother riding, my mum gets picked on (she was never the favourite child), my older cousin really doesnt want to be there, Then to top it off we have to eat the worst christmas pudding ever!! And my nans not there! Yesterday was the 7 year aniversary of her death. :'(

Well theres my rant.. hehe
