whats the brattiest thing you horse has ever done?

So, what is it?? Once, I was riding on a semi busy road on my mare. Well, someone got a couple horses, and angel really wanted to go visit them. She started to get upset and started bucking and trying to duck her way over to them, but I just kept reining ber back and asking her to carry on. She started to walk forward like a good girl, theb it happened. She stood stone still for a few seconds, then laid her big butt down in the middle of the road. I then stood up and asked her to do the same, and she just gave me a look like she outsmarted me. I eventually got her back up and we rode on down the road lol.

My boy bit my toes because he didn't want to stand still. He learned that a swift kick in the teeth is very uncomfortable lol.

I was riding my mare and had been riding her around Morgans for a while, I asked for the canter the same way as I always do and she turned around, gave me the crappiest look she could and then cantered...... like a morgan. Head up and tucked, legs elevated and so on.... she's a quarter horse.

My gelding likes to give you this look which is his "I'm only a yearling though!" look and then will literally TROT backwards (he also does this when he's scared). Another favorite of his is to do dressage movements that he can't pick up normally, perfectly and the ignore you when you ask for them.

We were riding on the road one day, and we were riding off to the side on the grass. She avoided this puddle when I asked her to go through it instead of being on the actual road. So I made her go back to go through it. She stopped in the MIDDLE of the huge puddle and splashed with her hooves so my legs got wet.

I laughed really hard. It was such a bratty move, and hilarious.

Henny's "bratty" habit is more goofy than anything. He is a jealous horse. Meaning he gets upset if he sees me pay attention to another horse, or anyone else not pay attention to him. If I'm petting my pony, he will walk over and slowly squeeze himself between me and Bubba, effectively stopping me from paying attention to Bubba. He will then turn to look at me and give me a look saying "Okay, you may pet me now."

Annie likes to swat you with her tail. If your picking her get, brushing her down, tacking her up, or just standing around nearby, she takes aim and THWACK you get the end of a tail in your face. If you smack her on the rump she'll quit, but as soon as you move to get other side, she's back at it. She gets this smug little look when she knows she hit you. And she does this every time.with every person. Except her former lease girl. Such a brat.

The most recent thing is that I was riding by the house on my way back to the barn after a ride, and my mom wanted to tell me something so I got off and loosened off and just expected my horse to stand beside me (I left the reins on and stuff) but Miss Squiggy thought she needed to escort herself back to the barn so off she trotted, right to the barn and into her stall and then had the nerve to nicker at me like she wanted a treat when I got to the barn -_-

Sometimes the gelding I ride objects to my strong canter depart aid by stopping dead in his tracks, pinning his ears and bucking. He's such a diva!

My mare does this too, on the ground she is the epitome of a b***** mare, always making sure you know that she's irritated with you- in the saddle she's great for the most part.
