Sounds pretty normal to me!

I'm currently employed at a local pet store and I talk to all the animals there. Even the fish! It amuses both my co-workers and customers.

Little do they know, animals are perfect listeners. :)

I talk to horses a lot. It's not like we have an actual conversation. It's more like I tell them stories about my life and their life. I used to sing (when alone) while riding, I don't know, I think horses listen and calm down when they get used to you. I don't expect them to understand much.

I do like voice commands though. I find just using them consistently trains them, which can be helpful later.
