As for finding a horse we actually purchased 1 of our horses from an ad on there, our other horse was listed in the local paper and my cousin found hers from www.equinenow.com. I think use all these resourses and look around. Ask your local trainers if they know of any horses, your ferrier, boarding ranches, etc. Remember to do a vet check regardless unless you truly know who you are buying from!

BenJammin~ I found my boy at the Eagle Valley Horse Rescue. It may be a new name now a days..

Thanks for everyone and there input and condolences. Everyday gets easier. I am not afraid to look on CL and the other sites. :) I am keeping my ears open to and my farrier is helping keep an eye out for me.
