Let me just add something about the electric wire. Some smooth coated dogs can slide under an electric wire and not feel the shock.

Tell the owners you are shooting the dogs if they step on your property again and follow through. It is your legal right.

If they have killed something as large as a donkey or a goat than they are just practicing those behaviors. You are not going to fix them without the owners taking responsibility.
