Woke this morning

And it was -19C topped with a bunch more snow. It saddens me that I have a need for these gloves in April. Bonus, my insulated winter breeches got extra insulation. Stay healthy my virtual horse buds!

Ugh. Sorry.

We got eight inches of snow overnight. And it was 7*F. My horse has barely begun to shed. But my daughter's mare slicked out quickly. So she gets blanketed for a couple days. It gets back up above freezing tomorrow and looks promising for the next week.

Stay warm. Or dry. Or cool. Whatever each place needs!

ROFL! What a difference that little bitty (-) sign makes! I originally read this as 19C, not -19C, and thought "WHAAAAAAAAT? Gloves? Insulated breeches? That's practically bathing suit weather." and then I read it again. Maybe not quite! Stay healthy and safe!

-19C and snow that groundhog needs cooked.

Had to laugh at @JCnGrace and the thought her legs needed shaved.
Hope her hubby doesn't use the razor after her. "Who has been using my Razor?"

My legs do look like that - wearing long pants all winter, I forgot to pay attention to my legs, lollol. I will soon be sitting on a stool down at the barn with soap and a razor so I donít plug the house drain up.

We LOVE those SSG-10 gloves!!! Ten stars from each of us! DHís SSGís took four years of abuse before I finally had to buy him a new pair just last week:)

I donít wear mine that often but when I do need them, I canít say enough good.

Highly recommend them. They are waterproof and the new ones have material on the fingers that allows you to slide your phone or IPad and open them with the gloves on - that might be important for someone, especially if youíre outside waiting with an animal for the vet:)

It is not right to have be dressed for freezing weather while running a shredder down the horseís butt:(
