Yearling's birthday party/fundraiser

I am a barn manager for a horse rescue, and last November we had our very first foal in the barn. I got to be there for the birth, and pulled her little sack off her nose so she could breathe... long story short, I fell in love and adopted her. She's getting ready to turn a year old (which I still can't even believe), and all of our volunteers/supporters were so excited by her arrival, that we've decided to throw her a birthday party, and make it into a fundraiser.
She's donating all of her "gifts" to the rescue, and asking each person to bring something off her wish list, or a small cash donation in order to attend. We're going to have pony rides, birthday cake, punch, and pictures with the birthday girl, but I'd like to have some fun games or activities to do as well! I've asked for ideas on this forum before, and have never been disappointed at the creative geniuses who frequent them, so I'm asking again! What would you do/want to do (within reason) at a horse's 1st birthday party?
Here's a picture of her if it helps! (and also because I like showing her off!)
