I just wanted to share how far my mare has come! These photos are about 10 months apart. After months of what seemed like a horse horror story (ulcers, chiro, vet appointments, saddle issues, injuries, etc.) We have FINALLY had a break and have been able to work consistently. Both on the ground and in the saddle.

Dazy seems to have finally figured out how to use and carry her body! I am so proud of this little horse...its taken a lot of work to get this pasture puff broodmare to what she is now, I just had to brag a little :D

Thanks yall! and I agree, Lovethesaddlebreds...her topline has been an issue since I bought her. Lack of care and back to back breeding I believe plays a huge roll in it. I believe that she will eventually lift her and use her back more :) I attached a picture of her when I bought her. She is a TOTALLY different horse!

Good work! The major difference in pics IMO is the balance of her hind end - it's under her, rather than strung out, looking uncomfortable - getting that right probably *allowed* her to start carrying herself better & therefore building 'topline'.
