Training log?

Does anyone have a printable training log? I want something I can put into a binder that I can log health info, feet, teeth, vaccinations, etc., and also training sessions, with what we did and how it went. If anyone has one, please post it here! Thank you!!

I just made one to suit what I needed - you can use Excel or create something in Word - Excel is probably the easiest to use
You can then fill in the details by hand or use your computer to fill them in - just means you have to re-print the sheet every time you make a new entry
I use a different header colour for each horse and keep all of them in a large binder with all other info that goes with each horse.
