@egrogan , your video is unavailable in my area, and I'm afraid I don't know any chicken whisperers around here! Very funny!

Had I been in the audience I would have been asleep!

Birds are way more intelligent than most people think.

As with anything, much depends on how much interaction with humans. The more they have can show intelligence that was unsuspected.

Not a chicken but this shows how a bird can show it has rhythm!

A friend of mine in NC bred show turkeys. She also had a pair of 'Thanksgiving birds' way to big to breed unaided and the tom found the heat way to much to live outside in the summer so he was brought indoors. I couldn't believe what he got up to! If someone came to the door and the dogs barked and ran to see so the bird would also run with them gobbling away.
When it was time to change his diaper he would just stand and allow it to be done. He had a toe fetish and if you were barefoot he would take a hold of a toe and caress it with his tonge.
The funniest was when the dogs were fed he would chase them away from their food so he could examine what each one had in its bowl.

I can't believe that ostrich racing is a thing. It's like someone deliberately thought of the most ridiculous thing they could, and turned it into a sport
