And on a totally different note, was replying to thecolourcoal on her high-low thread, when I thought I'd just peruse her other threads... Only had a quick skim - cos wanted to reply to you & have little time - but something doesn't feel right about them - not sure if she is quite 'real' or that I should spend the time... Let me know what you reckon can you please?

And yet another note... Have a fantastic xmas! Are you having a holiday? Got special stuff planned? Or just the normal boring stuff of riding in the mountains with those boring views??(sarcasm intended!)

    Cheers!

Bought a horse the other day - a (coughs)'cheap' 4yo standie, recently out of training, never raced. She is gorgeous temperament, but thin, ulcery, had shoes on that looked 6 months overdue for coming off, and some back issues. So long as the back's OK with some treatment(got someone coming next week), I will start her under saddle as soon as I get the go ahead & she will one day soon be my daughter's horse.

Now I just gotta find another horse for me! My guy is getting on in years & afraid to say my ignorance in his early years is catching up with him While he's still keen to get out & run & happy to be ridden, he's a bit arthritic & long or hard rides are getting too hard for him. Few miles walk is all I like to do on him these days. So hope soon I will have a horse that's up to big trail rides with my girls again soon.

    Hello hello!

I'm absolutely loving our new place, albeit not yet a heap of time to enjoy & there is a LOT of work to do, little of which we've yet done - husband working so much, while I'm holding the fort. No time to work & earn money myself ATM so my poor husband has little choice!

I've been taking kids to school in old town over an hour away... then coming home... then going back in arvo to pick them up. Today is the last day of that - yay!! I had thought yeah, lots driving, but it's only a few months & my youngest is finishing primary school so wanted to graduate with her mates... but it has worn incredibly thin, I can tell you!

It is SO good, on the pocket, as well as other reasons, not to have to agist(you lot call it board) my horses, and have room/grass for more! ...

TBC - won't let me write much at once!
