Sounds like you have a great horse and really want the best for her.

30 min bareback rides should be know problem. Great to hear you ride with light pressure, keep it up. Soft hands make soft horses.

In my opinion bareback is natural for the horse, a saddle is not. The only way to build up a seat bareback is to ride bareback. Sit with your legs relaxed and keep your shoulders back and go to the flow with the horse's movement. I wouldn't worry about untraining her. She sounds like a very sweet horse to me that is very well trained.

You should be sitting on your pockets, but sitting tall.
Move with the rhythm of the horse. When you trot - either try not to bounce too much or learn how to post to make it easier on the hores back.
With loping - move with the rhythm of the horse. I've seen a lot of people's butts come up out of their seat at the lope and that shouldn't happen. Your butt and pockets should be in contact with the horse/saddle always.
Start out riding in short periods bareback and work the time up, so her back can get used to it and grow strong. That is what I did with my horse and we can now do a full days riding bareback and he loves it.
I would get a few lessons so you know more about horses.
Being new with horses and jumping on to ride is never a good thing.
Watch some videos on Parelli groundwork, and go on good, pro looking sites for some helpful into. a good site is Horses - eXtension
you can learn a lot of info there and it helps for new riders.
