Clamping & T-Posts for Corral Panels?

Okay, I've got my panels for 3 pens (splitting a total area 90' x 50').

Do I understand correctly, that I will want to clamp every other panel? Then, use T-Posts at corners and every other panel join on the straight segments?

Please help me ensure I'm doing what is best for the horses (2 older Class B mini's, 1 Missouri Foxtrotter, and 1 Peruvian Paso).

Mine have a t-post at every junction but they are held together with a chain threaded through a hole and then hooked.
