Talking First Post!

Hey there! I'm Kiera, located in the Fraser Valley here in beautiful BC, Canada and brand new to The Horse Forum. I've always been somewhat of a lone wolf in the horse community-- Paving my own way, figuring things out on my own. I am now looking to change that! I would love to hear from all of your wise voices and maybe make some new horse buddies! I am a horse woman of over 15 years, 10 years schooled and coached, in the english discipline; Hunter, dressage, natural horsemanship and I am now an Equine Massage Therapist! I have to say though, there isn't anything better than ripping down the trail in a western saddle~

I am currently leasing to own, will own officially in the very near future, a beautiful 16.1hh gentle, silly chestnut TB gelding named Lou. He just loves attention and cuddling. He learns more and more every training session and I love it! He's so eager to please and just love on you. Watch out for your coffee or tea though, those lips of his can do some serious damage.

Don't be afraid to message me and Lou to say hello!

Welcome! And congrats on your soon-to-be ownership of your sweet boy. He sounds like a character.

Welcome! I have a retired from the track Quarter Horse that I call Lulu or Miss Lulu or Missy Lulu or "Don't you dare!" depending on the day and her attitude. Please post photos. There is no such thing as too many horse photos.

Don't judge someone's horse or skill because they don't compete or work with a trainer.

Sometimes they're the most in tune with each other.
