Core! Stability ball, leg raises, dead-bugs, planks.

Pilates (great for the core), cycling - just make sure you spin those pedals properly like a racing cyclist, instead of pushing slowly like a Sunday rider - toe clips help here - spin the wheels, instead of pushing weight - and use a gear that lets you do it - great cardiovascular exercise and good for core and legs. Rollerblading! Hiking, mountain walking, mountain biking etc. I'm sure anything that helps general fitness is broadly helpful.

This Dressage Rider Training channel has some great stretches and exercises -- and they're good for all riders, not just dressage riders.

It's where you lie on your back and bring your legs up, bent at the knees and hold it for as long as possible. Looking like a dead bug. 🙂
