I'd be putting down pressure treated joists then a new floor of 2x6's or 2x8's. The floor boards don't have to be pressure treated. Even if a couple of stalls are done. Can they share?

We are buying wood bedding pellets and spreading those in the stalls, since they will soak more water than wood shavings. The only horse not standing in a mini lake was the one that had layers and layers and layers of wood shavings in his stall (owner had been buying them for a long time). Doing what we can to trench and dam and direct water flow, but the situation can feel hopeless. Poor BO is beside herself. Praying for all of you that have it even worse than us and are under feet of water! What a mess...
This sounds horrible! Poor you, keep strong and stay with your excellent plan, wish you all the best <3 xx
