Horse with a blue eye

I have a I have a pinto mare with one blue eye and have heard that if a horse has one blue eye and one brown it is a purebred is this true?

Load of rubbish!

Meant gypsy cobs have a wall eye, (blue eye) and they are anything but pure bred.

Purebred what? Pinto is just a color pattern.

If that were true, then a whole whack of horses would not be purebred. ;)
