How Often Should My Saddle Be Checked?

So I bought a flock wintec saddle earlier this year, and had it fitted to my 11 year old horse. I was just wondering if I need to get it refit after a certain amount of time? so how often should I have it checked by a saddle fitter or reflocked?

If the horse is in regular work probably every 6 months would be a good thing.

If you are pretty in tune to your horses weight, dieting habits, muscle mass you should be pretty good without constantly getting your saddle checked. Unless you have somebody that is willing to do it right there, I wouldn't be too worried. If you see that he is gaining/losing weight or he's not in shape and getting him back in shape then I would check it more often 😋
