Ooof! I'm so sorry :( I've been bit, but never that bad. I've broken fingers though and I know how much of a pain it is for them to heal. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Ouch!! I'm sorry that happened! Good reminder. At least it's still there...did y'all see that article where a girl was feeding horses alongside the road and one bit her thumb completely OFF?

OMG wares... lol!

I'm sorry OP, not trying to laugh at your expense. That really sucks that that happened. If you don't mind my asking, how did it happen? Were you feeding, getting horse to open mouth for bit, etc.? I'll set my fingers on the toothless bar part of the mouth where the bit sits to get them to open their mouths. Haven't been bit yet *knock on wood*

He was in his stall and I was on the other side I had just given him his goodnight treat and I got distracted and he bit the ever lovin snot out of it, then he proceeded to back up and try to keep it for a souvenir! My own fault. He's so stinking cute though. So I forgave him. Lol
I rescued this boy from the slaughter, pure arabian gelding some a-hole starved him to near death. He's smart as a whip, makes up tricks just to get attention and whinnies when he hears my voice. Now it seems he has learned I GOT YOUR FINGER! BAHAHAHAHAHA! !
