I'm a bit of a lurker around here at the moment but I'm always surprised to see people from London so thought I might chip in and say hi! What area are you in? Katie sounds fab, best of luck with her!

@celestejasper13 nice to meet you! Yes we are a rare breed it seems :P I live in south london but Katie is boarded north london as it was the best place with the nicest people I've met so far in any livery available. And turnout. What about yourself? And thanks, it's just a start! :)

I'm south East london, near Lewisham, most of my experience with yards has been around me and the bromley area, though I ride at a few yards in north london and know people who keep horses all over :) I don't want to hijack your thread haha feel free to pm me if you want to chat! I know it's a bit overwhelming and tricky in the city as everywhere is very different but nowhere seems to have everything...

It amazes me that you can still find these livery yards tucked away in areas around London. When I lived there many years ago I went to one in Dulwich and when one of our members was asking for info on riding schools in London I was really pleased to see that it was still running.
