Me and my Balls! (PLEASE READ ON ITS OK!)

Hey there,
My name is Olivia and I am 33. i have been a horse owner for about a year and a half now. My equine best friend is Ballistar, an 8 year old station bred gelding (who thinks he is an Arab!).
He is 14.3 hh and I constantly argue with my best mate whether he is a horse or a pony! He is a HORSE dammit!
Ballistar, or Balls as I fondly call him, is my pride and joy. I knew we were meant to be as soon as I saw him across the paddock at his breeder's stud farm. I truly believe a horse 'chooses' it's owner in some way, and I know Ballistar chose me
I am a bit of a clumsy fool (wait until you hear about my countless riding accidents!), and while I was leading him across the paddock when I first met him, I slipped and he came to the side of me to stop my fall even the breeder said that he was protecting me!

Here are a few piccies, I look forward to meeting y'all :)

Updated photos will show that Balls is a scruffy little fat pony who honestly thinks he is the boss
He does look smart over summer though

Your Balls are really handsome. (ok, you made the bad joke, I'm just playing along)

he looks like a much bigger horse than the number of hands. super nice looking, well made horses. I've long admired the Australian stock horse types. really solid using animals.

Such a beautiful horse, I am so jealous. Can't wait to get my own horse. Still have a few years to wait though.

Your horse is lovely and you look well suited to one another!

If he is truly 14.3, you must not be very tall.. or else someone needs to measure again.

There is no joy equal to that found on the back of a horse.

At 14.3 he would be 4'11". That would make her well over 5'. She looks like she is about 5'5" compared to the horse. I'm 5'3" and my horse is 15hh. A lot less height difference there than with Ballistar and his owner.

He is really handsome, by the way.
