my horse is jumping the fence

My filly is jumping and running straight of my electric fence. A couple days she jumped it and did something to her leg ,she's limping and I don't know what to do. Her hurt leg isn't stopping her I don't know what to do. I'm afraid she's going to really going to hurt herself.

Try putting something up so she can see the fence. Like a board at the top or a ribbon on thwarting fence.

Once she learns that she can jump, it is hard to keep them in. You need to address the problem ASAP. Make the fence visible and higher. I have seen some that have even tried to climb a wood fence. Get someone to check the injury. Good luck.

Why is she jumping the fence?
Do you have her on her own and she's trying to get to other horses?

Well the first thing you should do is seek medical attention for the injury.
A strand of electric isn't proper fencing for horses. Something more secure is required.

I hope you have more than a strand of electric!

Are there horses within a mile? If so she is seeking their company - safety in numbers.

Depending on what kind of company she has, she could he getting bullied, so is trying to get away.

My gelding is bullied by one of his pasture mates and will periodically walk through the hot wire fence, just to get away.
