With the Arab being in his 20's, it is possible that his name is part of his registered name. My Arab was 29 when I laid him to rest nearly three years ago. His barn name was Streeter, his registered name was "Wallstreeter", after his sire "Backstreet".
You might try Googling "horse named Teko" or "horse named Tico" and see if you get anything. You might even use "El Teko" or "El Tico".
BTW, how about some pictures of Teko:). Is he spotted or a solid color? The long time Arab enthusiasts on here might find a clue or two just from how he is built.
