being told I abuse my horses.. (really old and crippled out on pasture , fed , etc ) because I dont ride them ..

being told I am a hoarder because i let my old horses live out their lives naturally.

being told I am crazy because I have all these animals.

hardest .. deciding when to euthanize .
Next time somebody accuses you of abuse for not riding ask them if they'd rather tote a person around all day or spend the day grazing at an all you can eat buffet in between naps.

I get the crazy thing too from all my family. I tell them I think they're crazy for spending all their time & money shopping. Believe you me, I come from a family of serious shoppers.

Well my horse is a BLM mustang. I adopted back in February after he started TIP training in January. THe only frustating thing has been the training. His training started well with his trainer and then we had several months of raining and flooding which stalled the training. Then the trainer was expecting a baby so it was postponed even more. He has been back with trainer for about a month and has another month left before he is "dead broke". SO the biggest issue has been waiting. I know it will be worth it. He is the biggest cuddle horse just needs more riding
