iodine -- for cuts and scrape
hydrogen peroxide -- my farrier said it is good for thrush
rubbing alcohol -- for sprains (i imagine menthol rubbing alcohol would feel nice and cooling)
neetsfoot oil -- for your leather accessories

something for ear mites --- i use vasoline since it suffocates them

I like to see someone who cares so much! It lets me know the horse will have a good home. You certainly have a lot of stuff. Let me see what I can add. I'll probably repeat things you said in your list, but I don't have it in front of me anymore. Sorry in advance :)

Grooming Box: hoof pick, hoof brush (get mud off hooves), brisk body brush, curry comb, shedding comb, face brush, sweat scraper, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, detangler, leave in conditioner (if you have a thick/dry mane on your hands), vetrolin shine (optional, but i love it), hoof dressing, towel (just get an old, ratty one from your attic), rubber bands

Tack: bridle, bit, halter, lead rope, lunge line, lunge whip, crop, 2 saddle pads, riser if needed, saddle, martingale if needed, girth, girth cover if it's a stiff girth

Other: blankets, cooling sheet, fly spray, treats (your horse will love you), beta dine solution, thermometer, gauze

You don't need a blanket or chain lead rope. You have a lot of stuff! Kindness and care! Good luck.
