Where to go to ride horses in Illinois?

My girlfriend has 10+ years of experience in horse riding and training. Since leaving her job at the stable a couple of years ago she has been dying to get back on a horse. I found a bunch of places where you can go trail riding near us, but she really wants to go English riding. Anyhow I would like to surprise her and take her somewhere to ride for a few hours, but I am not sure if that can be arranged. We live just outside of Chicago so if anyone knows of a place I could take her to or if anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

P.S. Sorry if I got any of the terminology wrong; I really don't know much about horses other than what my girlfriend has told me :)

Hello from a fellow Chicagoan!
There are plenty of places to ride around here, but I can't think of anywhere that does English trail riding. However I'm a trail guide at a barn right outside of Chicago, and if you want to PM me, I can set you guys up for a fun ride :)
