Dog boots for snow

I’m looking for recommendations for a good boot for a large dog for running in the snow. I take out GSD with me when we go riding. And today we did 9.5km and at the end he started to lie down in the snow, and lift up his front paws and whine. (I tried to put my gloves on and secure with Velcro but every time I touched his feet he yiped and pulled away, so we just went home). Therefore it looks like we need some good boots that will stay on but be easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

Google “Boots for dog sled dogs” and you will get a bunch of hits for sturdy boots that should fit your dog.

I would Google what mushers use for their sled dogs. The rest seems just like cutesy, novelty stuff.
