Smile Rodeo Jeans? (Esp. Miss Me's)

Hey everyone! Everyone in the rodeo world has at least one pair of nice jeans for competing. I've noticed Miss Me jeans are a HUGE trend right now (I can count on one hand the number of people I've seen without them). I own two pairs right now, and like them okay, they're really soft and go with everything.
But I really don't see the hype. The'yre pretty, but are crazy expensive. And both pairs I own ripped within the first few times I wore them. (They tore in the crotch area and the buttons on the back pockets are slowly tearing). I feel like Miss Me's are made more as a fashion jean than a durable competition jean.

Any thoughts? What's your favorite pair of rodeo jeans? (I like Cowgirl Tuff, Rock n Roll Cowgirl, Adiktd, Cruel Girl, etc.)

I actually really like Miss Me's. If it weren't for the fact that they are trendy now, I probably never would have found them. I have a hard time finding durable denim. Wranglers rip on me all the time, Levi's are just weird and too stretchy now as with a lot of the other brands. The Miss Me's I've had tend to hold up a lot longer than my other jeans, and I can get them in long enough sizes. I don't get the blingy ones though, I don't like all that crap rubbing against my saddle. And no, I don't think they are worth the price tag...but whatever.

I had a couple pairs of Wrangler Rock 47's a few years ago that I LOVED. They eventually wore out and I haven't been able to find any that even come close to that now. :(

I don't rodeo but my favorite pair of jeans for riding are Faded Glory. They've lasted me quite a while and are very comfortable.

My favorite rodeo jeans would have to be Rock & Roll Cowgirl brand. I have a pair of miss me's but they just aren't as comfortable. I love my wranglers too, they always seem to have a nice amount of stretch that's comfortable in the saddle, and I can get them in long lengths. I agree with jenkat about the bling rubbing against the saddle, it's slowly worn a larger hole out of a tiny tear on my suede seat :( But that's what you get for used saddles I guess!

I am not a fan of the Miss Me jeans. They fit weird on me and the longest length is a 35 inseam.

I have been liking the Cowgirl Tuff jeans, I can get them in a 37 inseam abd they have some bling but I am hard bling no matter the brand of jean, I usually end up with a lot if it missing.

I have two pairs of Miss Me's. One pair I absolutely love. I feel so cute in them but the other pair doesn't quite fit me right.

I have several pairs of Wrangler Rock47's. I LOVE them. They fit good and they are comfortable, although one pair of those doesn't quite fit me right either. I'm a weird size though. Teenager clothes is just a tiny bit tight or cut just a little bit wrong but womens clothes are a little too wide or not quite cut right....

Sigh... That is what happens when you are not short but not tall either... just somewhere in the middle and when you are not fat... but not skinny... not chunky but not tone.... just kind of soft and shapely without the curves.....

"Be a best friend, tell the truth, and overuse I love you
Go to work, do your best, don't outsmart your common sense
Never let your prayin knees get lazy
And love like crazy"

I like Lee Riders and Faded Glory. I buy jeans cheap cause I tear them up. I only buy Miss me jeans at the consignment shop. I can pick them up for $12 compared to $80 to $100.
I don't riden in bringing jeans ornones with buttons on the pockets. I scratched the seat of my saddle once when my horse spooked and I went sideways.

So in lies the madness, the pursuit of the impossible in the face of the complete assurance that you will fail, and yet still you chase.
