I just went looking for that website...800petsupplies
Nothing shows...
However, 1800petsupplies absolutely shows.

I tried several times, 2 different search engines...
I went to Ebay...then tried several different items all equestrian in nature...
I can't replicate your "800" site...
I can easily do "1800" from the advertising partners on Ebay though...

I can't figure out what product exactly you are searching for, looking at...
"anyone use them? thoughts on them sending new models?" is cryptic to me.
New products are new, not used nor returned.
If they are used they must state that, same as returned should be telling you that...or it can be "false-advertising"...huge no-no with the FTC...
If it says it is new, it is new, period.

So, I've found that independent people list through Ebay as their clearing house sometimes..
Read each products rating report to see how others think of that seller and their reliability.
That private seller report is rt. side of my screen on my laptop.

There are also bona-fide businesses that list some of their products through Ebay also as a huge customer base is reached here possibly different than direct to their business locale..
There is that thing about Buyer Beware...
I also don't do credit card number to anyone I don't know.
I have a paypal account and use it exclusively to protect me and my actual card from being given to just anyone..there are some nice features of using paypal of extra protection for me, the consumer.
So far, never needed to use those extras, but just knowing they are in place is peace of mind.
Those protections also keep the seller up front or they get zapped with money returned and fines is my understanding...they must comply with R&R of doing business on Ebay.

The worst day is instantly better when shared with my horse.....

Always read reviews on ebay and seller ratings. Ebay benefits small businesses so it is always good to buy on ebay rather than sending your money to big companies.

If you are buying a saddle, read reviews on the name brand of the saddle. Avoid no name saddles and junk/ cheap new saddles.
