I'm looking into getting some new stirrup irons, and some foot free ones caught my eye. Does anyone have any? If so what are your thoughts? Are they good for both dressage and jumping? Do they feel very different from regular stirrup irons?

How are english stirrup irons sized? I'm assuming they're based on the rider's feet, but any other details would be appreciated. Thanks! :D
