I am trying to find where I can look at the registry of a Warmblood and I'm not exactly sure where to look online. Like for racehorses, you can find them. Any suggestions??

Hey all, I've been looking around for horses for a long while, and came across a friesian/oldenburg 3yo mare/filly. She seems fine to me, but is pricey so I'd like to be sure before I make any sort of decision, I'm looking to buy a baby to break and educate. I would love some opinions on her...

Particularly American Warmblood Society and Sporthorse Registry. (awssr.org) Can register with pedigree or without, but must "prove" performance through USEF, USDF, combined driving, inspection in hand, etc. I have a warmblood-type rescue gelding who I would love to get some kind of papers...
  4. Horse Conformation Critique
Hey! I was playing around with Photoshop checking the conformation of my horses. I think they show a fair bit of potential, the bay (Bon Balou x Cheops Z) is 2 and the chestnut is 6 (by WH Leader: AKA Landadel blood). I'm pretty sure the bay's shoulder angle is weird because of how bum high she...
  5. Horse Breeds
Hey everyone, I'm trying to gather the average height of a warmblood three-year-old, and what height they finished at? I have a mare who I bought strictly because my forever horse turned out too short (15.2hh, despite string testing to 16.2hh). She's three this year (birth date is in May) and...

Critique my Warmblood, if there are areas that could improve I would love suggestions on how to improve them. I have owned him for three years but he has been out of work recently. I would appreciate any and everything that you might notice! Some info on him.. He is about 17.2 hands, 9 years...

Registered German Oldenburg Verband. Pictured at 3y/o. Out of a Trakehner mare. Sire is Air Jordan Z. Sold as a 3y/o with 6 weeks under saddle for $70 000 in California. Also any thoughts of his jumping technique?

What do you think of this foals conformation? Sorry I do not have any other pictures. By Harry Potter(Power Van Vrijhern) out of a trakehner mare.

Planning on breeding a Welsh Sec. D/Trakehner cross this year. I have seen a lot of the Welsh/TB cross or Welsh Sec. B/Warmblood cross but I haven't seen a lot of Welsh Cob/Warmblood crosses. Does anyone have any opinions on this cross? What should I expect? Pictures would be great if you have any.

So I know for stocky breeds like appaloosas and quarter horses their headset is meant to be sort of level with their back. And for other breeds like the saddlebred, arab, tw, etc. their heads are meant to be high or similar to the dressage headset. But what about warmbloods? Like if you were to...

I'm half considering this mare as a relatively fast turn around project, she's supposed to be hanoXtb, 15.3, and six years old. If she is a warmblood cross the price is amazing, but I'm thinking she looks more like an appendix QH, personally. Overall I like her look, minus a few things. But her...

Greetings from Windover Farms in beautiful Alberta, Canada! Britain is a beautiful, athletic girl and is very eager to learn and be correct. She has three beautiful gaits and is consistent with her lead changes. She loads easily, loves to be bathed, is good for the Farrier and has had regular...

I was just curious as to what others thought about my horses conformation. He is a 7 year old Warmlood gelding, he is a hunter/jumper, soon we will be moving on to the jumpers. Tell me what you think! (by the way I know hey aren't the easiest images to judge off of, sorry I don't really have to...

Hi, I've been lurking around the forum for months, if not years, but have never posted. Always just been happy to read along and see what others say. Today I finally purchased a new horse, I still have my gelding who I'm too big for, but have been looking for a heavy horse to break in myself...
  18. Dressage
Hi everyone, I have a 2011 Warmblood Filly who is going to be broken in at the end of this year - she will be my all-rounder, but I did buy her with the hopes of persuing some dressage with her :-). I would be doing lower level showing (haven't shown before) but would like to know what you all...
  19. Horse Colors and Genetics
I know my Warmblood filly is brown, but was wondering what shade of brown she would be considered? Her breeder is going to register her soon and I want to out the proper colouring down to make things exact if I can. She is fluffy atm, getting her winter coat so is quite dark right now. Thank...
  20. Stallions and Broodmares
I was looking at a horse online that is 1/2 hanoverian and supposedly registered, but I can't find her pedigree, or the pedigree of her sire or dam (on allbreedpedigree.com) Does anyone know anything about the pedigrees or how to get more information on the sire/dam? Duc's Ballalina...
