Attaching Communication Devices to Saddle

We have several riders in our therapeutic program that use Communication Devices (AAC Devices) to communicate since they are unable to talk. We have found a way to attach an iPad to the saddle, but am wondering how others have attached various devices to the saddle. Specifically one like a Samsung Tablet or a iPad mini -these also have an extra piece on the back which is the Blue Tooth Speaker that amplifies the sound of the device. It is crucial for our riders to have access to their "voice" and "words" to communicate with their team.
