Riding for my blind sister

My sister is turning 60 in November and not only has RP but is also hard of hearing. Since her sight is rapidly going, I would love to be able to find an opportunity for her to trail ride for a weekend (or week) as a birthday present. She has had horses for many years but as her sight has gotten worse, she's not confident to ride on her own anymore and I don't ride.

Does anyone know of a facility, trainer, or just good hearted soul that I could contact? We live in Tulsa, OK but am willing to drive her if the opportunity for her is worth it.

I don't know the requirements for posting but if you are able you can PM AtokaGhosthorse or DreamcatcherArabians and see if they can give you any ideas of therapy services in your area or within a reasonable driving distance. As someone that has vision disablities I understand and would help in a heartbeat but we are in Alabama. Try calling Tarleton State University in Stephenville. The had an Equine Therapy Program and could perhaps lead you to someone.
