Bear is a 17 hand, 14 year old greyt Thoroughbred gelding. I bought him 7 months ago from a bigger hunter jumper barn who was using him for lessons and camps teaching kids to ride.

Bear is a saint under saddle. I have had a few of my friends ride him and they had a lot of fun on him. He recently had his first bareback ride (while he has been in my ownership) and he loved it. He LOVES dressage and thinks it is so much fun. He doesnt spook at much and always takes care of his rider. He has had some problems with his back left leg, but he is doing a lot better on it. The only time it acts up is when he is on a circle, and all it does is not track up as much as his other back leg. He has been on joint supplements, which seem to help, so I would say that he should be on MSM or soemthing along those lines (he is on OPC now, but I think he would do fine on MSM). Bear is pretty lazy and I normally ride with a crop/whip but I prefer not to use my spurs on him (though he is perfectly fine with spurs). He has also gone western, which he thought was fun.

Bear does get grumpy on the ground and when tacking up. You just have to get past it. He really is a sweet boy though. I can crawl under his stomach and grab his face and kiss it all over without any complaint from him.

I will post pictures tonight and a video (maybe) tonight.

Asking $500 for this handsome man.
