Advice of cutting saddle

So I am having a hard time finding a correctly fitting cutter saddle for my filly.. I have an HR ranch cutter that I absolutely love, the thing is it doesn't fit her well.. It seems too wide (she is going to be 5 years old at the end of January) and it just seems too wide for her. I have a Tucker trail saddle that is a "medium" tree and that one fits her great... I think that those Tucker "M" size saddles are like semi-QH bar saddle..not a full (their full bar is their wide)..
I have been looking at cutter saddles but I am having hard time finding anything in semi-QH version - all if them are with a full bar!

Can you guys advise what make cutter saddles run little narrower? (I don't want a vintage 15+ old saddle), nice saddle decent quality (I love HR quality yet they don't break the bank - new saddle with flank cinch and matching breast collar was $1600) - I would be using at a used saddle for about $1000 - $1300 for the right one
- I have looked at used Jeff Smith saddles - but they also seem to come in full QH bar one from the ones that I've seen...

In the mean time I am riding her in the Tucker - surprisingly my saddlebred fits the HR really well.. he's got really wide round barrel though and is 16HH+ horse... My filly is going on 5 and is 14.1 - 14.2HH cutting bred - muscly but just doesn't have a huge back.. Also I like to ride in 16.5" - 17" seat saddle is that going to be a problem to find such cutter saddle in semi-QH bar that would fit her?

Actually I think the problem may be the saddle skirt is way too long for her.. she's only 14.1" and I thing the tree / skirts may be too long..
Does anybody know brand of cutting saddles that can have rounded or just shorter skirts? Saddle made specifically for horses with short backs?

Most Cutting Saddle come standard with a Regular or Full QH bar.

Most cutting Saddles are square skirts.

The only Brand I can think of to get modified round shorter skirts, semi-Qh bars and stay in your budget would be a Dakota Brand.
Dakota can make all the adjustments you are needing and stay within your budget.

Horse Saddle Shop is the only Dakota Dealer I would recommend, BTW

Thanks - I will check it out.. I know horsesaddleshop.com I have ordered from them before..

I was thinking maybe other option would be like 17" barrel saddle but if I can find one with cantle low enough.. most of them are like 4"-5" and it's impossible to "sit down" when that cantle is so high....

I don't know anything about cutting saddles, but I had to say... man is she pretty!!!
Ha :) Thanks and she is very smart.. too smart for her own good sometimes - heavily cow bred on top and bottom - I wish we had cows where I live because - yes - she is the kind of horse that gets bored easily.
Her pedigree is here:
Color Me Smart Gal Paint

- Actually they got back to me from the HR saddles dealer and they said the tree the current saddle has is 3/4 bar.. they said they can do semi too - but they want me to take photos of the current saddle on her to see the fit - they said they would send a tree out to try if necessary.. :)
