My trainer schooled Amber today cause I hurt my hip and couldn't ride. And she started doing a little leg yielding at the walk and trot. here's just a short clip of her at the trot.

Great start. Little more outside rein. Try not to let her bend her neck. Just flexion at the poll. Once you get that move down, getting her to use her back will suddenly become really easy.
