I'm really trying to start selling my art. I am mainly a digital artist, but I also do some graphite work. I can draw almost anything; from Horses, to dogs, to people. You name it, I'll draw it. I'd like you guys to tell me what you'd be willing to pay for my art and If you'd be interested. Here are some examples of my art:

Very nice!! I really like your art. :) Would you mind if I pointed out one thing that bugs me, though?
Unfortunately I'm no good with pricing.

I was gonna ask the same thing as Azarni,
about the racehorse and the horse running on the beach I think you have too many muscle lines. I have a newly retired racehorse and Ive seen her run and there is not that much muscle on her. No offense to your art. Other than that, I think you are an amazing artist.

The muscle thing is just my style. When I draw more realistically I dont do that. and Yea, I need to work a little on shading, but seriously, I've seen (no offence) artists that arent very good selling commissions before, online or otherwise, and is my art so bad and unlikable that I cant? What do I need to work on?? and whats the thing that bugs people? I don't mind people saying it. ;)

WEll i am not saying your art is horrible, its actually really really good, and i have also seen some pretty horrible art works that people have tried to get commisions for, and I agree, It is just your style, I just noticed it seemed a bit odd to me, but your phenomenal compared to some people and I can't even do digital art.

The thing that bugs me is the way you do highlights in the tail (and sometimes mane). You just use the dodge tool and draw a bunch of thin lines straight across, which really detract from your pictures. Again, this is just my opinion. If you were to pay a little more attention to where the highlight would actually lay, it would add a lot to your pictures. Everything else is really awesome though, I like your unique style.

I'd love to see some of your graphite work!

Not sure how much of a market there is for digital works though. You should talk to a few people, maybe put an ad up and charge a small fee and see how much interest you get.
I've been doing commission work now for about 5 years and have found that the work load fluctuates dramatically. I'll go for months with no work, and then have times like now, where I have too much work and need to turn people away.

All I can say is advertise a bit, charge only a small rate and see what you get. If there is no market or little market, you cannot charge much at all or you won't get anything.

I don't get how people can do digital artwork it looks so complicated!!! I'll stick with my good old fashioned pencil in hand work :p

I really really like the third picture[the chestnut one].

Love the lighr and shadow.

But yeah, I agree with ShadowFaxIsMyBaby and azarni that there are too many line on the horse's tail. But other than that every thing is great:D
