You might find some ideas in his pedigree papers, like combinations of names in his bloodlines. Some people use the name of the sire in the possessive as part of the name. Like, the sire is Pacific Bailey, so the progeny is named Bailey's Best, or Pacific Dream, or something like that. If you don't care about relating the name to the pedigree and like his barn name, you could make it fancy by dressing it up "Jack's Apple Cider" or similar. Such fun to work with names!
