I'd prefer them a tad higher up, but overall they are ok

 

They do look like they're the tiniest bit short but otherwise look perfectly acceptable for knocking around in. However, the real question is how do they feel when riding? If they feel right when you're in the saddle then you've got yourself a good deal.

 

I haven't rode in them yet, but I will in a few days! These are $179 new (Grand Prix) and I don't want to pay full price for a taller version

I think they look fine.

 

They will drop slightly, and once they do they may be slightly too short, but at the moment I think they look fine

 

They are a little short but for your every day, around the barn type thing I wouldn't worry.
