What do you guys think of the Ariat Brossard tall boots? I'm considering purchasing a pair to keep my feet warm in this horribly cold Chicago weather.

I think they are overpriced!

I think they are too, but I have a friend who has had hers for a few years now and they still look like new. I don't mind the price if they are as durable as they seem. I'd be ticked if they only lasted two winters. The online ratings list them as pretty durable, but I'd still like some actual feed back from people who have had them before I decide.

Ps if I could get hold of them, and if I can fit my not-fat-but-not-skinny-either calves in them I'd buy the Sorels in a heartbeat.

I have the Ariat Bromont tall boots and love them.

They look like regular boots but are nicely insulated. The Brossard are just too short to be comfy for me. However, if you are riding western, they might be fine.
