barefoot nevada

Hi any advice weather to buy not to buy a nevada please , also I used to have a treeless saddle very comfy but girth rubbed my horse quite bad , anyone know why ????? english saddles never do this to her , raw area under elbow area, sold it after that lost confidence!!!!

I prefer the english girthing system are there any western type saddles on the market that have this type of girthing any help or advise greatfully recieved .

I have a barefoot and I think it is amazing. It is almost like riding bareback, but with a saddle! I have a western version that has english rigging. It is sooo nice and I strongly recommend them. I can think of 2 main reasons a girth would rub a) the girth and saddle are too far forward or b) the girth is not made of a good material.
